From the kitchen

  • The pizza

A slow-proved dough, a very hot oven and toppings that change with the market.

  • The bowls

Grains, greens and something slow-cooked on top. Warming in winter, bright in summer.

  • The coffee

Roasted nearby and poured with care — the reason half our guests come back for breakfast.

Our story

Cooked where you can see it

The oven sits in the middle of the room, because the best seat in a restaurant is the one with a view of the fire. Everything on the menu is made here, from the dough to the dessert.
